We remember our eldest sister, Melissa, as being a chubby little girl often described as "yung anak na pinabayaan sa kusina." Our Mama loved to bake even when we were young and she would try different recipes. She had 4 kids as dessert tasters and we grew up having cake for breakfast. That kind of explains why our sister was on the round side for most of her life. :-)
