September Workshops

Let your September be fun-filled by joining us for one (or all) of our offered classes!

1) Sept. 18 (Sunday) - Easy Buttercream Cake Designs
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to:
* bake a chocolate cake
* make buttercream icing
* decorate your cake using 4 techniques: horizontal stripes, vertical stripes, rosettes and petal flowers
- Course fee: Php 3,700 inclusive of 8"x4" chocolate cake, apron, handout, lunch and certificate

2) Sept. 24 (Saturday) - Cupcakes Baking Class 1

- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
* Mocha Cupcakes & Coffee Buttercream
* Vanilla Cupcakes & Vanilla Buttercream
* Red Velvet & Cream Cheese Frosting
* Salted Caramel Cupcakes
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch and certificate

3) Sept. 25 (Sunday) - Cupcake Baking Class 2
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Inclusions: apron, lunch, handouts and certificate
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
* Brownie Cupcakes
* Black Forest Cupcakes
* Cheese Filled Cupcakes
* Lemon Poppy Seed Cupcakes
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch and certificate

Ramen

How do you enjoy your ramen? I usually have mine with gyoza and a cup of warm green tea. Just perfect.

However, this bowl of ramen is really a cake! Still a good combination with the cup of warm green tea. This cake is all edible with the broth, noodles, corn, egg, seaweed, slices of meat and chopped green onions. *slurp*

Ohh... I forgot to mention that those are disposable chopsticks. Enjoy!

Candyland

Life is as sweet as a candy... so take a treat! In this candyland themed cake, we decorated this 2-tier cake with colorful stripes, dots and mini banners. The cake is topped with lollipops and the number "7."

We are also sharing the picture before the finished product was created.
