1.  Cupcake Baking Class 1
- Date: July 6, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to bake:
     * mocha cupcakes and coffee buttercream
     * vanilla cupcakes and vanilla buttercream
     * red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese frosting
     * salted caramel cupcakes
- Course fee: Php3,350 inclusive of handout, apron, lunch, ingredients & certificate

2. Bake & Decorate with Mommy

- Date: July 7, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 11:30AM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:
     * bake chocolate cake
     * make buttercream icing
     * decorate an animal face using buttercream icing and fondant
- Course fee: Php 2,600 per pair inclusive of 5'x4' chocolate cake, apron, handout, ingredients and certificate

3. Low Carb Cooking Class - NEW!
- Date: July 13, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Noreen Rose Gonzaga of Frank & Noreen's Low Carb Cafe
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * Indian butter chicken (murgh makhani)
     * low carb tortilla wrap
     * low carb parmesan biscuit
     * low carb carrot cake
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

4. Basic Bread Making Class 1
- Date: July 20, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * pan de sal
     * dinner roll
     * focaccia
     * pig in a blanket
- Course fee: Php 3,350 inclusive of apron, lunch, ingredients, handouts and certificate

5. Artisan Pizza Making Class - NEW!
- Date: July 21, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Chef Dante Abalos
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
     * to create thick and thin crust pizza

     * proper technique without using a mixer and with or without a rolling pin

-  Recipes:

     * trio formaggi pizza
     * thin crust pizza bianca with mushrooms
     * neopolitan pizza

     * gourmet vegetarian pizza

6. Everyday Cakes

This square sandwich cookie is filled with creamy chocolate. The cookie is baked until the edges turn golden brown. It is light and crunchy in texture and easily melts in the mouth.  Available in three (3) variants - dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate (new!).
