Basic fondant cake decorating class and cupcake baking class available for March 2016.

1) March 19 (Sat) - Basic Fondant Cake Decorating
- Time: 9AM - 6PM
- Inclusions: apron, lunch, snack, handouts and certificate
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
* Basic cake decorating using fondant
* How to make marshmallow fondant
* Coloring techniques
* How to cover dummy cake
* How to make decorations using fondant and gumpaste
- Course fee: Php 3,700

2) March 20 (Sun) - Cupcake Baking Class
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Inclusions: apron, lunch, handouts and certificate
- In this hands-on class, you will learn to bake:
* Brownie cupcakes
* Black forest cupcakes
* Cheese filled cupcakes
* Lemon poppy seed cupcakes
- Course fee: Php 3,300
