2019 November Classes

Join us at our last set of classes for 2019.  Learn to make delicious dishes you can serve for your holiday feast.  Basic baking and cake decorating class details below.



1. Buttercream Flower Piping - NEW!
- Date: November 9, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 5PM
- Instructor: Cai Gutierrez-Ladion
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
     * pipe ranunculus, dahlia, carnation, closed peony, baby breath, buds and leaves
     * Caicakes Korean and Swiss buttercream
     * intensive coloring technique
     * how to properly execute a wreath style arrangement
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of 6"x4" cake, apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

2. Favorite International Dishes
- Date: November 10, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Eunice Weeguanco of Hearty Onion
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * light sweet & sour pork (China)
     * easy beef shawarma rice topping (Lebanon)
     * miso-ginger roasted salmon with soba noodles (Japan)
     * California chicken club wrap (USA)
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

3. Cookie & Dessert Bars
- Date: November 17, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Dante Abalos
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to make:
     * dark chocolate & walnut praline cookies
     * chewy s'mores bars
     * mango meringue bars
     * dulce crunch inipit
     * green tea revel bars
- Course fee: Php3,400 inclusive of handout, apron, lunch, ingredients & certificate


4. The Art of Cake Baking: A Beginner's Class
- Date: November 23, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Chef Ted Fung Chua of Chuables Bakeshop
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to bake:
     * red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting
     * moist chocolate cake
     * lemon lime butter cake with lemon glaze
     * pineapple upside-down cake
- Course fee: Php3,350 inclusive of handout, apron, lunch, ingredients & certificate

5. Basic Bread Making Class 2
- Date: November 30, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to make:
     * Spanish bread
     * tasty loaf bread

     * pan de coco
     * hamburger buns
- Course fee: Php3,350 inclusive of handout, apron, lunch, ingredients & certificate
