Learn how to make popular treats like macarons, cupcakes, cheesecake and favorite Christmas goodies in time for gift-giving during the holidays.  Learn cake decorating with our basic fondant class or buttercream class.  Check out the details of each class below.

1. Basic Fondant Cake Decorating Class – Rose Cake

This Sweet Success bestseller started it all for our family business. When my younger sister was in college, she was looking for a unique product for her marketing project. Ma experimented and came the Chocolate Meringue Bar. It's a 3-layered bar cookie sprinkled with rich chocolate chips and topped with meringue. This is available in box of 20s or 10s.
