May Classes

The merry month of May brings us exciting new classes!  Learn how to make specialties like macarons, ensaymada and cinnamon rolls.  Make memories with your little chef in our Bake with Mommy session.  Classes on easy baking, cupcakes and buttercream also available.  Check out the details below.

1. Macarons Class - NEW!
- Date: May 5, 2018 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 2PM
- Instructor: Chef Dante Abalos
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
     * French and Italian method of making macarons
     * strawberry macarons
     * mango macarons
     * chocolate macarons
     * coffee macarons
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of ingredients, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

2. Easy Baking for Beginners
- Date: May 6, 2018 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
     * marshmallow clouds cookies
     * rocky road brownies
     * apple & cinnamon muffin
     * butter loaf
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of ingredients, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

3. Bake with Mommy
- Date: May 12, 2018 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 11:30AM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:
     * bake thumbprint butter cookies
     * bake & decorate chocolate cupcakes
- Course fee: Php 2,400 per pair inclusive of ingredients, apron, handouts and certificate

4. Easy Buttercream Cake Designs 1
- Date: May 19, 2017 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:
     * bake a chocolate cake
     * make buttercream icing
     * decorate your cake using 4 techniques:
          - horizontal stripes
          - vertical stripes
          - rosettes
          - petal flowers
- Course fee: Php 3,700 inclusive of ingredients, 8"x4" chocolate cake, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

5. Ensaymada & Cinnamon Rolls - NEW!
- Date: May 26, 2018 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 2PM

- PREMIUM CLASS
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * ensaymada
     * cinnamon rolls
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of ingredients, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

6. Cupcake Baking Class 1
- Date: May 27, 2018 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
    * mocha cupcakes & coffee buttercream
    * vanilla cupcakes & vanilla buttercream
    * red velvet & cream cheese frosting
    * salted caramel cupcakes
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of ingredients, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate
