February 2019 Classes

Our kitchen (and our instructors) are bustling in February! For the month of love, we are introducing 4 new classes with international dishes and recipes to learn.

1. Macarons Class
- Date: February 2, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Chef Dante Abalos
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
     * French & Italian method of making macarons
     * Strawberry Macarons
     * Mango Macarons
     * Chocolate Macarons
     * Coffee Macarons
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, lunch, handouts, ingredients and certificate

2. Cake Decorating with Mommy 2 - NEW!
- Date: February 3, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 11:30AM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:
     * bake chocolate cake
     * make buttercream icing

     * decorate an animal face using buttercream icing and fondant
- Course fee: Php 2,600 per pair inclusive of 5'x4' chocolate cake, apron, handout, ingredients and certificate

3. Buttercream Flower Piping 4 - NEW!
- Date: February 9, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 5PM
- Instructor: Cai Gutierrez-Ladion of Caicakes
- In this hands on class, you will learn:
     * pipe rose, ranunculus, close peony, lily, buds and leaves
     * Caicakes Korean and Swiss buttercream
     * intensive coloring techniques
     * how to do bouquet arrangement
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of 6"x4" cake, apron, lunch, ingredients, handouts and certificate

4. Favorite International Dishes - NEW!
- Date: February 10, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Eunice Weeguanco of Hearty Onion
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * light sweet & sour pork (China)
     * easy beef shawarma rice topping (Lebanon)
     * miso-ginger roasted salmon with soba noodles (Japan)
     * California chicken club wrap (USA)
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

5. Easy Baking for Beginners
- Date: February 16, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
     * marshmallow clouds cookies
     * rocky road brownies
     * apple & cinnamon muffin
     * butter loaf
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

6. Korean Cooking Class - NEW!
- Date: February 17, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Bunny Hicks
- In this hands on class, you will learn to cook:
     * bibimbap
     * chap chae (Korean noodles with vegetables)
     * kimchijeon (kimchi pancake)
     * dubu buchim yangnyeomjang (pan fried tofu)
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

7. Basic Bread Making Class 2
- Date: February 23, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * spanish bread
     * tasty loaf bread
     * pan de coco
     * hamburger buns
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, lunch, ingredients, handouts and certificate
