April 2019 Classes


Fun classes are in store for April as we show you how to whip up delicious treats and meals perfect for family or friends' gatherings, or for everyday meals.

1. Basic Bread Making Class
- Date: April 6, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * pan de sal
     * dinner roll
     * focaccia
     * pig in a blanket
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, lunch, ingredients, handouts and certificate


2. Everyday Cakes
- Date: April 7, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
     * leche flan cake
     * mocha chiffon cake
     * chocolate marble cake
     * pandan cake
- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

3. Thai Cooking Class - PREMIUM
- Date: April 13, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * tom yum goong
     * green pork curry
     * pandan leaf chicken
     * Thai fried bananas
     * Thai iced coffee
- Course fee: Php 3,800 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

4. Bake & Decorate with Mommy - NEW!
- Date: April 14, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 11:30AM
- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:
     * bake chocolate cake
     * make buttercream icing
     * decorate an animal face using buttercream icing and fondant
- Course fee: Php 2,600 per pair inclusive of 5'x4' chocolate cake, apron, handout, ingredients and certificate

5. Pies & Tarts Class - NEW!
- Date: April 27, 2019 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 3PM
- Instructor: Dante Abalos
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * mango pie
     * classic apple pie
     * banoffee pie
     * blackout chocolate pie
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate

6. Favorite International Dishes
- Date: April 28, 2019 (Sunday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Eunice Weeguanco of Hearty Onion
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
     * light sweet & sour pork (China)
     * easy beef shawarma rice topping (Lebanon)
     * miso-ginger roasted salmon with soba noodles (Japan)
     * California chicken club wrap (USA)
- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, handout, lunch, ingredients and certificate
